Hubbs Creek Vineyard is a small family owned planted over 15 years ago in the small town of Hillier. This Pinot Noir was aged in Burgundian Oak for 18 months, wild fermented, cold soaked and fermented in oak cuvees. It has a deep and rich nose of black cherries, strawberry tart, a touch of cassis and elegant spice notes.
