Coming from a single vineyard in Vineland, this Chardonnay is restrained and elegant. Partially wild fermented in large format French oak barrels, with bâtonnage during natural malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees for 14 months then bottled unfiltered. Hazy and mineral-driven.
