    Great wine to have with spicy food!

    I’ve never been a huge fan of Canadian wines but this Gamay Noir as delicious with the spicy dinner we had! Renan is a genius with his wine making skills because this wine was light, fruity and not acidic in your stomach at all! Well done Redtail! Cant wait to try your wine as the crops mature!
