Made with 100% Syrah, each bundle was gently destemmed and fermented in concrete cubes for two weeks. During the fermentation process, the young wine was gently pressed daily to extract a rich colour while avoiding leaching bitter flavours. Following this process, the wine was matured for an additional four months before bottling.
Brut dry at 2 grams of sugar per litre, Little Crush Red is deliciously balanced between acidity and softness.
