Little Crush opens with an inviting bouquet of strawberries and cream. The palate is light and refreshing, with flavours of candy apple and watermelon supported by balanced acidity and a soft texture. Dry and fruit driven, it is best enjoyed well chilled.
Made with 100% Blaufränkisch, the grapes were gently pressed to limit colour extraction. The wine fermented for two weeks in concrete cubes, then matured for four months in a combination of concrete and stainless steel before bottling.
