Made with 100% Blaufränkisch, the Little Crush was gently pressed to minimize colour extraction. The Little Crush was first fermented for two weeks inside concrete cubes. Following this was a four-month maturation period in a combination of concrete cubes and stainless-steel tanks before bottling.
Dry at 6.5 grams of sugar per litre, the Little Crush boasts a well-balanced acidity and softness.
The Little Crush begins with a lovely bouquet of strawberries and cream and finishes with a delightful palate of candy apple and watermelon. Serve chilled on its own or pair with dumplings, potato salad, and fresh seafood.
