This wine was fermented in a mixture of new and neutral French oak barrels and aged on lees in stainless steel. Our Niagara Chardonnay has a medium yellow tone with a seductive nose of citrus, white peach, and ripe pear. Deliciously rich yet food-friendly, this wine exhibits bright, balanced acidity and a long, complex finish.
