County Crush White 2024

County Crush White is vibrant and smooth, with a creamy midpalate and bright, balanced acidity. Aromas of McIntosh apple, pear, white peach, and delicate florals lead to flavours of lemon and ripe orchard fruit. A subtle lees character adds texture and carries through the clean, gently rounded finish.

The blend brings together three varieties and three different vessels. Pinot Gris was matured in concrete to build texture, Chardonnay was aged in neutral oak for added roundness and structure, and Riesling was kept in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic lift.

Food pairings: Creamy risotto, grilled chicken, vegetable stir fry, roasted white fish, or soft cheeses.
